Mixing Instructions Water / Powder Ratio:

  • 38 to 40 ml to 100g powder

Work Time:

  • 9 to 10 ½ Minutes

1. Weigh Investment.

2. Measure Water.

3. Always add investment to water.
Pesar el yeso. Medir el agua. Añadir siempre
el yeso al agua.
Pesare il rivestimento. Pesare l’acqua. Aggiungere il rivestimento all ’acqua.
Einbettpulver wiegen. Wasser abmessen. Immer Pulver
ins Wasser geben.
Peser le plâtre. Mesurer l’eau. Ajoutez toujours le plâtre à l’eau.

4. Mix 3 to 3-1/2 minutes.

5. Vacuum 20 seconds after boil.

6. Pour into flask.
Mezclar de 3 a 3-1/2 minutos. Succionar por 20 segundos
despues de hervir.

Miscelare da 3 a 3-1/2 minuti. Fare il vuoto per 20 sec. dal punto di ebollizione. Versare il rivestimento nel cilindro.
Mischen 3 bis 3-1/2 Minuten. Nach dem Aufkochen, maximal weitere 20 Sekunden unter Vakuum lassen. In Küvette einfüllen.
Mêler de 3 a 3-1/2 minutes. Après le bouillonnement laisser le plâtre 20 sec. au max. sous vide. Remplir le cilindre.

7. Vacuum up to 90 seconds.

8. Let flasks sit still for 2 hours.

9. Preheat furnace 300°F / 149°C.
Succionar un maximo de 90 segundos. Dejar reposar un minimo de dos horas. Precalentar el horno a 149°C.
Fare il vuoto per non piu’ di 90 sec. Lasciare riposare per minimo 2 ore. Preriscaldare il forno a 149°C.
Vakuum maximal 90 Sekunden. Mindestens 2 Stunden ruhen lassen. Ofen vorheizen auf 149°C Grad.
Faire le vide maximum 90 secondes. Laisser reposer au moins 2 heures. Préchauffer à 149°C degrés.

10. Remove sprue base.

11. Load into furnace.

12. Follow appropriate burnout cycle.
Retirar la base de goma del cilindro. Cargar en el horno. Seguir el ciclo ed quema que se adapte a su situación.
Rimuovere il sottocilindro in gomma. Inserire I cilindri nel forno. Programmate secondo le vs. esigenze.
Gummiteller abziehen. In den Ofen stellen. Ausbrennzyklus nach Bedarf.
Enlever le caoutchouc. Mettre dans le four. Programmer four selon besoins.

Stones Recommended

Setting Types
Prong Settings, Channel Settings, and any setting allowing space above and below stone for Investment to hold the stone during burnout process.

Setting In Wax
Stones are commonly set by one of 3 methods;

  1. Seats cut into wax, and stones snapped into the setting by pressing setting over the inverted stone.
  2. Stones set by applying electric pen tip to top of stone and heated into setting.
  3. Stones set in the Rubber mold prior to wax injection.

The Right Wax
Injection Wax - It is important to use a high quality, low shrinkage Injection Wax.

Kerr’s ACCU™ Flakes are commonly used - in Aqua Green, Turquoise Blue or Ruby Red.
